This coming week (11 March) we welcome artist Stuart Robinson who joins us on a mini residency to test out ideas related to his current project 'Deus Ex 2p Machina'. 

The work explores the joy of the humble 2p Machine, a staple of the seaside Amusement Arcade, utilising it as a metaphor for our pursuit of joy and nostalgia.

Join us for an opening event on Wednesday 13th April 6-9 or visit the space the following day between 11-3.

 
Alongside his residency at the Auction House on 14th and 15th April 'Deus Ex 2p Machina' will take the form of an interactive artwork in arcades across the country, including Cornwall's own Grand Casino in Penzance and Harbour Amusements in St. Ives.
